Vans partnered with Record Store Day to create a compilation album that honors and uplifts women in the music industry, titled “Portraits of Her”- a limited vinyl pressing with tracks donated by female artists, including Taylor Swift. This LP was surrounded by a campaign of films pairing young women artists with established female executives in the music industry to discuss their experiences navigating it.

It reached number 3 on the Billboard Chart for Compilations, and revenue from sales was donated to We Are Moving The Needle.
More than 82% of this project was created by women.
