Hello, I’m Rob Teague, a global creative leader who’s worked with a ton of great brands and a ton of very talented people.

My CV includes leadership positions in world-class, progressive and creative-led marketing organizations across many industries, with a special mix of experience in the entertainment, lifestyle, and tech categories. This diverse background on a broad range of brands has given me unique insight into how to make creative that pushes culture forward, work towards aggressive business goals, evolve processes, and grow talented, multi-disciplinary teams through true partnership and collaboration.

Most recently as VP of Global Creative at Vans, leading a multi-disciplinary team of 75 in both Global and Americas functions, I oversaw the strategic direction, creative development, production, department budget, and overall excellence of all consumer-facing creative initiatives, including brand and product campaigns, store concepts + design, short and long-form branded content, performance marketing, digital platforms, social, and events.

I shape the occasional surfboard.
