A week-long city on the sand, complete with concrete skate park, welcome center, performance venue, artist village, surfboard shaping bays, surf contest, and retail store. All with a focus on sustainability storytelling, from material execution to messaging. We used beach trash collected from the event site to construct the visual identity, arranging found items on cyanotype paper to create typography, iconography, wayfinding, and other graphics for the event.
